UK is Free Delivery – 0 GBP
UK Tracked and Insured Delivery – 10 GBP
Ireland usual speed shipping – 7 GBP
EU – 12 GBP
Do you provide a tracking number?
We never track our packages for our customers and our safety. Except if it’s UK Tracked Delivery , you can get RM tracking nr 36h after sent-out time.

What do I do if I have not received my order?
Our experience shows that 98% percent of the reasons why customers do not receive their orders is a wrong delivery address provided.
Always double-check the address before sending it to us.
If the address is correct, there is no reason why you would not receive it.
On the other hand, if the reason of your order not arriving is known to us, we will definitely find a solution.
How long for delivery and cost?
The UK Royal Mail 1st class takes up to 5 days to be delivered and is free on all orders.
The shipping to Ireland and EU may take up to 14 days. The price of shipping is 12 pounds, the size of an order does not matter.
